Workforce Training Funds

Idaho’s Workforce Development Training Program is a valuable resource for companies expanding or relocating in Idaho. Your business might be eligible to receive funds to equip new full-time employees with needed skills or to upgrade the skills of current full-time workers. Up to $2,000 is available for each new job created in Boise Valley through Idaho’s Workforce Development Training Program. The funds give Idaho businesses a competitive edge and supports local community efforts to attract new companies and retain existing businesses.

Funds are available for employers of any size and technical colleges located throughout Boise Valley are willing and able to customize training suited to the specific needs of each company. The Idaho Workforce Development Training Fund does not replace or compete with training programs offered through the state’s technical colleges or labor organizations.
