Choose Your Level

Board Member

Those that want to have a higher impact in the organization with specific initiatives have the opportunity to join at a board level ($10,000 minimum annual investment). Interested in knowing more about joining the Board of Directors? Call Clark Krause at 208-863-9675.

In addition to the benefits of being a stakeholder, the Board is integral in shaping the direction and mission of the Boise Valley Economic Partnership. This group meets quarterly and also has a monthly board breakfast to talk about current events and issues. Our board consists of over 40 community leaders from some of the larger companies in the region: click here to view our Board Members.

Stakeholder

Be a part of shaping the future of the Boise Metro region. Our stakeholders are valuable partners who are invested in seeing positive economic growth. The average investment of companies in our stakeholder list is $5,000 annually. If you are interested in being a part of the conversation related to economic growth and that is outside of your ability, we would love to talk with you about the options of getting involved. Call us anytime at 208-472-5246.

  • Quarterly Stakeholder Summits - we give an update on what we’re seeing/hearing, bring in guest speakers, and have around 120-150 of our members present. Even though we are not a networking organization, a lot of the people who show up to our meetings are executives for local companies and great connections can be made.
  • Consulting: Our team’s experience allows us to help partners with workforce and talent training. Become an employer of choice in your industry, find new ways to recruit, design your workplace/day to match what other great companies do in our region. We offer customized consulting for partners that need some ideas on how to recruit and retain talent.
  • Communications: We frequently send out updates and press releases to our partners. We’d love to make sure you continue to get information from our team. I’m also happy to add others from your team to this list if you’d like.
  • Access to BVEP: We are happy to come in and serve as a resource to you. For example – a company in Seattle reaches out to you and is considering hiring 50-100 people. We can help give a regional overview presentation, host a site tour for the company, give you resources to send to them, etc. If you bring us a lead, we maintain confidentiality with you and help where you need us. We can also help navigate the incentive scene. If you hear a company is hiring 50 or more high-wage jobs, there is the potential that they could qualify for some incentive dollars.
  • Economic Data: We can help pull detailed labor reports for members to analyze workforce, growth, and other research requests.
  • Marketing & Talent Resources: If you need materials to promote the Boise Metro, help gathering data, or advise on talent attraction, we are happy to serve as a resource to your team. We are happy to share our videos for you to use and customize with your own branding on the front/end of the videos if it’s of interest: https://www.youtube.com/user/BVEPVideo. The two most recent videos “What Could You…" were designed with limited branding so that local companies could use them for recruitment.
  • Stakeholder Directory: We promote our partners on our website and in our marketing to new companies considering the area.
